Using Qube Root

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Qube Root Media website and digital workspaces. A signed proposal, statement of work, talent agreement, or other project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

Effective and last updated: September 9, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Qube Root for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.

Accounts and workspace access

Access is role-based. Clients, talent, staff, and administrators receive different permissions, and elevated roles require Qube Root approval. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

You may not share restricted workspace access, misrepresent your identity or authority, bypass permissions, or use another person’s account.

Creative and production services

The service supports inquiries, project coordination, staffing, scheduling, content creation, approvals, delivery, and connected publishing. Scope, fees, expenses, timelines, usage rights, cancellation terms, and deliverables for paid work are established in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, retainer, or talent agreement.

Schedules and availability may change. Unless a project agreement says otherwise, a request, tentative calendar hold, draft, estimate, or workspace status is not a guarantee of booking, delivery date, performance, or business result.

Your content and instructions

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant Qube Root a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the requested service, perform an agreement, or follow an authorized publishing instruction.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for material, music, footage, trademarks, personal likenesses, data, and instructions you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving factual claims, captions, schedules, destinations, and final material before publication when the workflow asks for your approval.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive material.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the service or its security controls.
  • Do not use the service to impersonate others, send unauthorized messages, or publish to an account you are not authorized to manage.
  • Do not introduce malware or use automated access except through interfaces Qube Root expressly provides.

Connected and third-party services

Google, YouTube, social networks, payment processors, and other connected services are governed by their own terms and may change or suspend their features. You authorize Qube Root to take only the connected-account actions you select or approve. You can disconnect a provider through the available workspace controls or revoke access with that provider.

Qube Root is not responsible for a third party’s independent services, availability, account decisions, or content policies.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms or a project agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, ownership, confidentiality, warranty, and liability provisions—will survive.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Qube Root disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the digital service.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Project-specific responsibility and liability may be addressed differently in a signed agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@quberootmedia.com.
